From four people in Leeds to the East Coast: the Cube Group story

Every company says they’re growing. Here’s our actual timeline — and why it matters if you’re thinking about joining.

February 2020: four people in Leeds

Cube opened its doors in Leeds, UK with a team of four. Our founder and CEO, Arian Eskandari, had spent four years in sales and marketing in London before moving north to build something of his own. One month later, a global pandemic shut the world down.

2020–2023: growing through the storm

While most of the world stood still, one conviction kept proving itself: in a digital world drowning in ads, real conversations cut through. We thrived through COVID, built sales teams across multiple cities in Northern UK, and — crucially — turned what worked into simple, replicable systems that anyone with the right attitude could learn. Those systems are why “no experience needed” isn’t a gimmick.

October 2023: New Haven, Connecticut

We took the playbook across the Atlantic. New Haven became our first US market and the proving ground for everything we now do here — the coaching systems, the campaigns, and US partnerships with brands like HelloFresh, Factor and The Modern Milkman.

October 2025: Boston, Massachusetts

Two years of US growth later, we opened our second American market. Boston is now our fastest-growing office — young, hungry, and led by people who were Brand Ambassadors themselves not long ago.

Next: the rest of the East Coast

Our mission is to expand opportunity to as many people as possible so they can reach their potential — and geographic expansion is literally how we do it. Every new market needs a Branch Owner, coaches and a founding team. The people who will run those offices are joining Boston and New Haven right now.

That’s not a recruiting line; it’s just how the last two years worked. The leaders in Boston today were the new joiners in New Haven yesterday.
